Roseville police have released the name of the man killed Tuesday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash.

He was identified as Chad Duwayne Stevens, 36, of Citrus Heights.

The investigation revealed that Stevens, the driver of a 1995 Chrysler sedan, was heading eastbound on Chignahuapan Way in Roseville and was attempting to make a left turn onto northbound Foothills Boulevard, when his car crossed in front of a 1996 Ford pick-up truck southbound on Foothills.

The truck broadsided the Chrysler, then crashed into a 2014 Kia sedan, which was northbound on Foothills Boulevard.

Stevens was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup driver suffered minor injuries.

The occupants of Kia were not injured.
