49ers defeat Tampa Bay 33-14

The San Francisco 49ers, riding Colin Kaepernick's timely passing and a strong performance by running back Frank Gore, defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 33-14.

The 49ers are 10-4. Tampa Bay is 4-10.

Kaepernick threw for 203 yards with two touchdowns on 19-of-29 passing and also rushed for 39 yards on seven attempts. Tight end Vernon Davis and wide receiver Michael Crabtree each hauled in a touchdown on five receptions. Davis finished with 79 yards, Crabtree 45.

Gore rushed for 86 yards on 22 carries for the 49ers, who won its fourth consecutive game. Gore surpassed 1,000 yards rushing in a season for the seventh time. He now has 1,017 rushing yards this season and 9.856 for his career.

Quarterback Mike Glennon was 18-of-34 for 179 yards with two touchdowns and an interception for Tampa Bay (4-10). Timothy Wright and Vincent Jackson both caught touchdown passes in the setback.
