Auburn’s Community 1st Bank opens new office in Sacramento

Auburn-based Community 1st Bank, which also has a Roseville branch, said today that it has opened a new loan production office in Sacramento.

The new office is in Point West Corporate Plaza, 1425 River Park Drive, suite 404, near Cal Expo.

“Community 1st Bank wants to provide the same high level of outstanding service to Sacramento that we give our customer base in Placer County,” said Peter Raffetto with the bank’s board of directors.

In the most recent quarter, ended Sept. 30, Community 1st Bank reported net income of $252,000, up from $180,000 in the year-ago period. Through nine months, bank profits totaled $839,000, up from net income of $463,000 in the first nine months of 2012.
