The San Francisco Giants play the Cincinnati Reds in what might have been a farewell game at The Stick on Sept. 27, 1992. At the time, the team was at risk of moving to St. Petersburg, Fla. Instead, a group headed by Peter Magowan bought the team and built the San Francisco stadium now known as AT&T Park. The Giants switched to the new stadium in 2000.
