Kings defeat Houston Rockets, 110-106

HOUSTON -- The Kings closed the game on a 9-2 run to upset the Houston Rockets, 110-106, Tuesday night at Toyota Center.

The Kings outscored Houston 30-20 in the final quarter.

Rudy Gay led the Kings (10-20) with 25 points. DeMarcus Cousins had 17 points, 16 rebounds and four steals, including a late steal that helped seal the game.

Isaiah Thomas had 17 points and 10 assists and Marcus Thornton had 15 points off the bench.

James Harden led Houston (21-13) with with a game-high 38 points. Dwight HOward had 15 points and eight rebounds.
