Limits will improve NSA's anti-terrorist work

I believe that taking a second look and making changes to the National Security Agency is a good idea. After the attacks of 9/11, I think that wiretapping is a good method when targeting terrorists. However, spying on unsuspecting Americas should come to end as it is an invasion of privacy. I hope that with the new debates over the government’s surveillance, its programs will focus more on potential terrorists in other countries. Stricter boundaries regarding who is being put under surveillance would make the NSA more efficient as well.
