White-meat critique gets mixed reaction

Re "Boneless, skinless chicken breast rules - but why?" (Forum, Views on food, Jan. 5): I love Elaine Corn's article on boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but I hate that it might encourage new competitors for the dark meat. By the way, that dream chicken that Corn describes as having a flat breast and four legs is called rabbit. The chicken art that accompanied the article is also a winner.
