Airport needs amenities for non-fliers

Published: Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014 - 10:10 am

Re "Airport's numbers tumbling" (Back-seat Driver, Jan. 10): Too many of the fine amenities are inaccessible to the public not having tickets for travel. Family members and friends have too few options if they want to arrive early and stay with their loved ones until their departure. It makes no sense to put so much on the after side of the security check point and so few options on the side for the non-flying public.
