TODAY'S GAME

KINGS (14-23) AT GRIZZLIES (19-19)

Time: 5 p.m.

Where: FedEx Forum, Memphis, Tenn.

TV/radio: Ch. 10, 1140, 950

THREE KEYS

1. Speed up the pace: The Kings need to score in the high 90s or more to have their best chance of winning. A slow, halfcourt game favors Memphis and its two big men, Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph.

2. Better ballhandling: Kings point guard Isaiah Thomas matched his career high with seven turnovers in Wednesday’s 111-108 win at Minnesota. Memphis guard Mike Conley is sure to be aggressive against Thomas and hopes that leads to more turnovers.

3. Fourth scorer: The Kings rely on Thomas, DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay for the bulk of their offense. But the team needs another player to provide offense. That player was Derrick Williams on Wednesday.
