Sacramento is expected to get another dose of warm weather.

Saturday’s temperatures will be well within range of shattering record-highs, according to Tom Dang, a forecaster with the National Weather Service.

The weather service is predicting a high of 68 degrees at Sacramento Executive Airport, which will tie the previous record set in 2009. Downtown’s record of 70 degrees, set in 1976, is also being threatened.

On Thursday, Dang said, there will be a chance of rain, but it’s not looking good.

“Looking into our crystal ball, there might be a very weak system. Maybe just a 20 percent chance for precipitation,” he said.

Here’s the seven-day forecast:

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 67. Calm wind.

Saturday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 39. Calm wind.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 68. Light north wind.
