Lenin Rios, center, sits among a crowd of prospective students getting financial aid counseling at the Mexican Consulate office in Sacramento, Calif., on Saturday, February 1, 2014. The Consulate General of Mexico and the California Student Aid Commission hosted 3,000 high school students in workshops, where they provided information about financial aid for both documented and undocumented students. There were 40 universities and college from both California and Mexico, and students and parents were able to receive one on one help from bilingual college admissions counselors. For some, this was the first time they've received this type of information.
