Re "Secondhand smoke ruins Sacramento's outdoor dining" (Viewpoints, Feb. 5): So now we should have them throw the smoking diners out of outdoors. Seems like that's why they invented outdoor dining, so as to separate the smokers from the non-smokers. Now somebody found out they've been snookered and it's nice out there. OK, let's send them inside where the grills and all that nasty cooking is going on and make 'em breathe that nasty cooking pollution. That'll fix 'em.
