Hacker Lab hosts weekend event at its Sacramento headquarters

Hacker Lab, the Sacramento nonprofit that aims to nurture and develop technology startups, will host Cereal Hack 4 Saturday and Sunday at its headquarters at 1715 I St.

The 32-hour “hackathon” is a gathering of technology entrepreneurs, mentors and experts working to develop software products and business ventures. Typically, participants break into teams and are expected to build mobile, hardware and Web applications in a competitive environment.
