UPDATE: Autistic youth found, now safe at home

The Sacramento Sheriff’s Department has tweeted that the youth who had been missing is now safe at home.

Earlier report:

An 11-year-old developmentally disabled autistic boy has been listed as missing by the Sacramento Sheriff's Department.

Joseph Kingery was last seen around noon Saturday at his house in the 5000 block of Rhode Island Avenue, near Madison and Garfield avenues.

Authorities described him as four feet tall, white, about 65 pounds with dirty blonde shaggy hair.

He was wearing a white t-shirt and red or grey pajama bottoms or khakis.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department at ( 916) 874-5115.
