Regal ceremony features reunion of two popes, Francis and Benedict

During a sweeping ceremony in which new cardinals were created as the Catholic Church hierarchy expanded, Pope Francis greeted his predecessor on the Throne of St. Peter, Pope Emeritus Benedict. It was the first meeting of the two men since Benedict retired from the papacy last year.
