VSP has refurbished one of its buildings to reflect what companies like Facebook and Google have done -- lots of open space, vibrant colors and furnishings that include “bubble” chairs hanging by a chain. VSP said it discovered that young, tech-savvy folks expect this kind of environment now, and they’ve used the Facebook/Google example to lure local talent that otherwise might go hunting for jobs in the Bay Area.
