Trucking snow to California to solve water problems may seem like a practical joke. But why not consider a national water grid? We have an electrical grid that provides our electrical needs on a national scale. Why not do this with water? Right now parts of the east have surplus water. Wouldn't it be nice if a pipeline water grid was in place to supply the West? Building this would provide lots of jobs and help secure our future better down the road.
