Real estate agents say there are more urbanites taking advantage of low prices and buying ranchettes in the rural suburbs - or "ruburbs" - around Sacramento. Places such as Elverta, Rio Linda and Wilton are seeing an uptick in activity from people who want to have a few goats and chickens but still be within commuting distance of jobs in Sacramento.
