Allergy sufferers beware: breezy conditions are predicted again today in the Sacramento region.

The National Weather Service is forecasting another day of winds from the north to blow at about 10 mph in Sacramento. That means pollen from blossoming fruit trees, grasses and other early blooming plants and trees will be wafting through the air and into the sinuses of Sacramento residents.

Winds, however, will be lighter than on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service. Forecasters say that overall wind speed will slacken as the day goes on.

Wednesday afternoon is expected to be warm, with the high in Sacramento forecast to be in the mid-70s. A high of 80 degrees is still predicted for Sunday.

The detailed, 7-day forecast from the NWS for the Sacramento region:

Today: Sunny, with a high near 75. North northwest wind 8 to 11 mph.
