I'm all signed up with Blue Shield of California. I know this because I've received notice from Blue Shield telling me so. The letter also says how important customer service is to Blue Shield.
I'm not to sure Blue Shield understands that term.
My wife and I have tried many times to contact Blue Shield with questions concerning our coverage since December. Zero is the amount of times we talked to Blue Shield. But its phone system has endless prompts to guide you to make a payment.
My wife and I are small business owners and don't have endless time to spend on the phone. Please, Blue Shield, call me to let me know how I can run a business, rake in millions of dollars and never talk to a customer.
For that information, I will wait.
