Another Sacramento-area craft beer brewer has been signed an agreement with a local distributor.

Auburn Alehouse and Mussetter Distributing, both based in Auburn, have signed an agreement for Mussetter to distribute Auburn Alehouse’s beers throughout the greater Sacramento area.

Auburn Alehouse’s beers, which have won multiple awards, will be available at sites throughout Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, Placer, Solano and Nevada counties.

“The quality and craftsmanship Auburn Alehouse puts into all their beers is simply amazing, and I am proud to be able to help expand our businesses and further grow local craft beer in the Sacramento region,” said Jason Mussetter, general manager.

Mussetter Distributing has been in the beverage business since 1976.

Auburn Alehouse, at 289 Washington St., was established in 2006 and started producing craft beer in 2007. In 2013, it produced nearly 2,000 barrels. The brewer said it is planning separate production/brewing facility to meet demand.

Last month, Sacramento's Track 7 Brewing Co., which opened in 2011, announced that it had signed its first distribution agreement with Markstein Beverage Co., also based in Sacramento.
