Accomplishment: Named to the National Council of Jewish Women’s board of directors
Details: Lipschultz was installed on the board at the national organization’s recent convention. The incoming president of the NCJW noted that Lipschultz, a lawyer, would be a strong leader for social justice for women, children and families.

Accomplishment: Performed for young patients and their families at Shriners Hospital for Children
Details: The Jesuit High School graduate and pre-med sophomore at Yale sings bass in the 18-member a cappella group. The group was in Sacramento for a performance for the general public and decided to bring their harmonies and humor to the children at Shriners.

Accomplishment: Selected to receive public service award
Details: Sacramento’s city manager was honored by the American Society for Public Administration and National Academy of Public Administration for outstanding and lasting contributions to public service. Past recipients include former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Paul Volcker and former Secretary of Health and Human Services Donna Shalala.
