The Kings signed Royce White to a second 10-day contract today, according to general manager Pete D’Alessandro.

White, a 6-foot-8, 260-pound forward, is expected to be available for tonight’s home game against the Washington Wizards at Sleep Train Arena. It would be his NBA debut.

White was signed by the Kings to a 10-day contract on March 6 and assigned to the Reno Bighorns of the NBA’s Development League. In four starts for the Bighorns, White averaged 24.8 points, 8.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.5 steals.

White was selected by the Houston Rockets with the 16th pick in the 2012 draft after playing at Iowa State.

White has been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. Among the tasks that are difficult because of the disorder is flying on airplanes, which is a common part of NBA travel.

White never played for the Rockets after he and the team failed to find a compromise regarding his disorder. He was traded to Philadelphia before this season and was later waived by the 76ers.
