Sacramento-based Inter-Cal Real Estate Corp. says it has signed leases with four new businesses in the Greenback Square shopping complex in Citrus Heights.

The leases with Sherwin-Williams, Kid’s Camp, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and and Farmers Insurance encompass more than 8,000 square feet of the 46,000 square feet in the shopping center.

Greenback Square is situated along Greenback Lane, between Sunrise Boulevard and Fair Oaks Boulevard in the Sunrise MarketPlace business improvement district.

The Jackson Hewitt and Farmers Insurance offices are now open, and the 2,400-square-foot Kid’s Camp child care center will open by the end of the month. Sherwin-Williams, the largest of the newly signed properties at 4,000 square feet, is scheduled to open in May.

Inter-Cal, a property management company, is wholly owned by the Peter P. Bollinger Investment Co. Greenback Square is one of three neighboring properties owned and operated by the Bollinger family.
