Is missing airliner still top news?

Re "Search for jet grows as clock ticks" (Page A8, April 1): Like everyone, I feel terrible for the passengers of missing Malaysia Flight 370, and their families. However, it went missing 24 days ago, and the fact that nobody seems to have the slightest clue where it is doesn't really seem like it warrants a half-page of coverage everyday.

We know it's missing. We know nobody has a clue where it is, or what happened to it.What would really be news is if they found it.

I wish the media would give it a rest at least until it's found and move on to some real news, like the unprecedented outbreak of Ebola that is about to overtake Western Africa.
