TODAY’S GAME

KINGS (26-48) VS. LAKERS (25-49)

• Time: 7 p.m.

• Where: Sleep Train Arena

• TV/radio: CSNCA, 1140, 950

THREE KEYS

• 1. Iron man: Ray McCallum has played 181 minutes in his last four games, the most by a rookie over four games in Sacramento history. Jason Williams played 179 minutes over four games in April 1999. If Isaiah Thomas (right quadriceps contusion) is unavailable again tonight, McCallum will log more major minutes.

• 2. Hands up: The Lakers like to shoot three-pointers, so the Kings must be ready to defend them at all times. The Kings cannot afford to allow uncontested looks to Jodie Meeks, who made all eight of his shots, including three three-pointers, against them Feb. 28.

• 3. Make it rough: The Kings need to be the more physical team. That starts with DeMarcus Cousins and Reggie Evans in the frontcourt. They combined for 26 rebounds in Monday’s win at New Orleans.
