HALF MOON BAY

Dream machines

Find crazy cars, vintage buses, custom motorcycles, antique engines, tractors, streamliners and more at the 24th annual Pacific Coast Dream Machines Show. It’s one of the West Coast’s biggest gatherings of the world’s coolest vehicles, with 2,000 driving, flying and working machines from the 20th and 21st centuries.

Highlights include one-of-a-kind vintage police cars, antique wooden boats and historic military aircraft, such as the P-38 Lightning, B-25 Bomber and F-4 Corsair. There will also be activities for the kids: a zip line, bungee jumping, mechanical bull ride, climbing wall and face painting are among them. Plus, live music all day, food and a special, one-time microbrew, Motorhead Ale, from Half Moon Bay Brewing Co.

The show takes place April 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Half Moon Bay Airport, 9850 N. Cabrillo Highway. Tickets are only available at the gate and cost $20 for adults, $10 for ages 11 to 17 and 65 and up, and $5 for kids age 10 and under.
