Re "Issa working on his McCarthy imitation" (Viewpoints, April 13): Dana Milbank is right. Congressman Darrell Issa should back off. How dare he go forward with investigating the Obama administration, just because he's the head of a congressional committee whose job is to investigate corruption in government. Doesn't he get it?
Republicans are not supposed to investigate or even criticize the Obama administration. What they do is above the law and above question. I know, when these liberals were younger, they ran around with bumper stickers on their cars advising us to question authority, but that was then. The liberals have the White House. They should be given a free hand. You know, like the democrats acted when Bush was president or even Reagan.
My message to Issa is keep up the fight and ignore the name calling. When they call you names, they are running scared.
