LeMar Auctions moves into 10,000-square-foot facility in McClellan Park

LeMar Auctions and Estate Services is now operating out of a 10,000-square-foot facility at McClellan Park.

LeMar, which formerly operated at a smaller site near the intersection of Norwood Avenue and Interstate 80, said the new, leased location (4522 Parker Ave., Suite 500) will enable it to serve more clients with a wider variety of premium auction items. The new site also features live Internet auctions to run simultaneously with on-site auctions every second and fourth Sunday of a given month.

“Our service package includes packing up an estate just like movers do, then bringing the items back to our gallery to sort, catalog and sell at our public auction. This takes the burden off of families as it can be very overwhelming to have a house full of items and deal with everything else happening when a family member passes on or is in transition of moving into a much smaller home,” said Leslie Paine, co-owner and auctioneer.

LeMar also handles consignments, where clients can sell personal assets such as artwork, a special collection or a small estate.
