Pennsylvania-based bridal wear and formal gown chain David’s Bridal has signed a 10-year-lease for nearly 10,500 square feet of space in Sacramento’s Point West Plaza shopping center on Arden Way.

The deal was announced by the San Francisco office SRS Real Estate Partners.

An opening date for the store has not yet been announced.

The new store will be the second David’s Bridal in the area, joining the one at The Ridge at Creekside shopping complex along Galleria Boulevard in Roseville.

“David’s Bridal has a strong national following, and they felt the timing was right to enhance their market presence in the Sacramento area,” said Tom Power, executive vice president and managing partner for SRS, which represented the bridal boutique chain.

David’s Bridal has more than 30 stores in California and more than 300 nationwide.
