The Sacramento Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying burglars who stole ATM machines from three businesses in recent weeks.

Police said ATM machines were removed about 3:45 a.m. April 22 from the Curtis Park Market in the 2700 block of 24th Street; at 3:15 a.m. April 25 from Viva Macatlan Tacos Y Mariscos, in the 4800 block of Franklin Boulevard; and at 4:12 a.m. Wednesday from Valero in the 3200 block of Riverside Boulevard. Officials said a fourth burglary, which occurred April 13 at La Superior market in the 4600 block of Franklin Boulevard, may be related to the other incidents, although the ATM was not taken.

The burglars were described only as three men of unknown race wearing dark clothing, masks and gloves. The suspects’ vehicle was described as a light-colored minivan, possibly a Dodge Caravan, with sliding side doors.

Anyone with information pertaining to the burglaries is asked to call the Police Department’s dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-4357, or text a tip to 274637. Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information.
