Fresno-based Fresno First Bank, started in 2005, has opened a loan-production office in Roseville.

The office is a 919 Reserve Drive, near the intersection of Atlantic Street and Galleria Boulevard. The office is managed by Jeane Vaissade, regional vice president of commercial banking

The Roseville office was opened in conjunction with another loan-production office in Bakersfield. The two offices will operate as part of the Capital First Bank division of Fresno First Bank.

“In 2013, we were the most active Small Business Administration community bank lender in the Fresno district,” said Fresno First CEO Rick Whitsell. “We feel expansion into the Sacramento and Bakersfield markets are a natural next step in our growth and present a great opportunity.”
