Is Sacramento County acting like Nevada?

Re "Sacramento County supervisors vote to ban aggressive panhandling" (April 24): Sacramento County is trying to implement an ordinance whereby aggressive beggars are given tickets and then at the fourth ticket, the offense becomes a misdemeanor.

The object of the Sacramento County Supervisors is to have the beggars move to another county, like similar ordinances in Roseville and Elk Grove. This is very similar to the hospital in Nevada shipping its mentally ill to Sacramento, isn't it?

Since we don't want to solve this difficult problem, why don't we ship the agressive panhandlers to Nevada? On the other hand, it is always kind of amusing to watch Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones' deputies put on their latex gloves and chase the beggars off the street corners.
