Re "Latino Caucus not as inclusive as it claims" (Viewpoints, May 13): Both parties are in a race to win the Hispanic support. As a Mexican-American, I see Democrats and Republicans doing the same thing, trying to fool us by promising us the moon and giving us nothing but deportations and excuses of why they can't do anything to fix our broken immigration system.
It's time for them to stop playing this game and actually give us something concrete in order for them to win our vote. It is a fact that Hispanics now can make a difference. In my house last year, I was the only citizen and the only one who could vote, but now there are three of us and we know what we want.
We are not going to give away our vote to a clown who pretends to be Latino friendly. We want facts and action.
