Re "Oxnard to settle over accidental police killing" (Capitol & California, May 29): The fix is in. Alfonso Limon was executed by nine Oxnard cops with his hands up. They are calling it an accident in the civil suit, because the cops meant to execute a suspected gang member, but executed Limon with his hands up in error.
He was out jogging with his brother, when he jogged into this group of angry thug cops. The criminal case will go nowhere, because the Ventura County district attorney doesn't prosecute cops, and the DA is currently stonewalling the case, even though he is running for re-election unopposed.
The fix is in and they are going to get away with it.
