Two Sacramento HR firms join forces

Two Sacramento human resources firms have joined forces in a deal finalized this week.

OmegaComp HR, a provider of outsourced human resources, payroll, benefits and workers’ compensation administration services for local businesses, has acquired HR to Go Inc.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“This acquisition brings together two long-time leaders in human resources services and creates an HR powerhouse that provides services to companies in 32 states,” said David Allman, CEO of OmegaComp, whose offices are at 1730 I St..

HR to Go, at 3841 N. Freeway Blvd., provides HR outsourcing and consulting to a wide range of clients. Its services include recruiting, training, compensation and benefit administration, as well as compliance with federal EEOC and OSHA regulations.
