For a fourth consecutive year, Roseville-based Rabobank N.A. ranked highest in customer satisfaction among retail banks in California, according to J.D. Power, the Westlake Village-based marketing research and information firm.
Powers 2014 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, now in its ninth year, involved more than 80,000 customers evaluating various segments of banking. Power said Rabobank performs particularly well in the account information, fees and channel activities factors.
In Powers ranking system, four other banks tied for second with identical scores: Bank of the West, Chase, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo.
Rabobank N.A., which employs about 1,700, has more than $14 billion in assets.
