The pot farm where Uncle Sam goes to get high

Under enormous security, the U.S. government - although it’s against federal law to grow marijuana - cultivates some of the purest pot in the country. Uncle Sam spends almost a million dollars a year on a contract with the University of Mississippi to grow cannabis and manufacture marijuana cigarettes. The UMiss farm is currently the only source in the US for legal marijuana for researchers, and the government currently gives it away to researchers who get all the right approvals.
