Tired of water scrimping for So. Cal waste

I travel frequently to Southern California and the only water conservation I see from residents are those that cannot afford to wash down their sidewalks. All along the Gold Coast areas of Los Angeles, I witness firsthand the water waste of those who afford the high cost of water.

Northern California residents are being squeezed for water usage so the affluent in Southern California can still waste all the water they can afford. Let's get real about water conservation: how many of the wealthiest water districts in Southern California recently participated in the water survey? Turns out 270 of 443 districts sent in data.

I'm tired of supporting the waste of wealthy southerners while I watch the heart of the nation's fresh food production strangle with less available water. California and Sacramento officials need to step up to the plate and invest in state-wide water storage projects that benefit the whole state.
