20 Sac Metro crews fight 10-acre fire in Rancho Cordova

Twenty crews from the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District fought a 10-acre fire that threatened three structures, including a water treatment facility, on Mather Boulevard and Femoyer Street in Rancho Cordova Sunday night.

According to a dispatcher, the blaze, which damaged at least one building, was first reported at 8:26 p.m. The fire was contained by 9:21 p.m.

The dispatcher said neither cause of the fire nor the structures damage had been determined.
