Cattle drive signals Folsom rodeo’s start

A cattle drive down historic Sutter Street on Wednesday evening marks the start of festivities for the annual Folsom Pro Rodeo, set to run through Saturday.

The drive featured longhorn cattle, cowboys and cowgirls, a historic Wells Fargo stagecoach, rodeo clowns and music.

The rodeo kicks off Thursday night at Dan Russell Rodeo Arena, 403 Stafford St.
