Re "Polluter games aren't so cool" (Dan Morain, June 29): Here's a solution to global warming benefitting all citizens called revenue-neutral carbon fee and dividend. The government would not get the revenue; the people would. How cool is that?

We introduced the new study from Regional Economic Models, Inc. (REMI) that examined the impact of a steadily rising fee on carbon, with revenue returned to households. The results of the REMI study were favorable to Revenue Neutral Carbon Fee and Dividend.
