Sacramento-based Cambria Solutions Inc., an 11-year-old information technology and management consulting firm, has launched a new Ventures Division and restructured its top leadership to support the firm’s recent growth.

The company will now have two divisions, Consulting and Ventures.

Robert Rodriguez, company founder, will lead the new division and continue to serve as the firm’s CEO. Cambria specializes in health/human services, transportation, finance and administration for clients nationwide.

Anand Adoni, who has been leading Cambria’s efforts in the health and human services industry, will serve as president of the firm’s consulting division. Suzanne Vitale, who joined Cambria earlier this year, will replace Adoni and oversee the firm’s Florida office.

“As we continue to experience significant growth in number of clients, consulting assignments and geographies, our new Ventures Division will guide our expansion into new services and markets,” said Rodriguez, in a statement.

Earlier this year, Rodriguez said the company had revenue of $15.2 million in 2013, up 60 percent from $9.5 million the previous year.

Cambria’s corporate office is in the MARRS building at 20th and K streets in midtown Sacramento. It also has offices in Los Angeles; Olympia, Wash.; Tallahassee, Fla.; and Washington, D.C.
