A strong Delta breeze overnight has kept weather conditions cool Thursday.
Wind observations at Travis Air Force Base were showing winds steady at 20 to 25 mph. this morning. The onshore flow of marine air has cooled temperatures from Modesto to Marysville.
The high on Thursday in Sacramento is expected to be 87 degrees, followed on Friday by 88 degrees. The high on Wednesday came in at 88 degrees.
The mild weather is expected to continue through the weekend with the Delta breeze forecast to continue to do its magic. The high on both weekend days is predicted to come in at around 90 degrees.
