The Kings won their fifth game in a row to advance to the summer league championship game with a 74-62 win over the Washington Wizards Sunday at Thomas & Mack Center.

The Kings (5-1) will play Houston (5-2), which advanced by beating Charlotte, for the summer league title Monday at 6 p.m.

The Kings led by as many as 26 in the first half and held off a late rally that saw the Wizards pull within seven in the fourth quarter.

The Kings built their big lead thanks to the bench, led by MarShon Brooks (14 points), Jared Cunningham (10 points) and Eric Moreland (12 rebounds).

When the Wizards threatened, Ray McCallum hit back-to-back jumpers to give the Kings a 74-60 lead with less than two minutes to play.

McCallum finished with 11 points, six rebounds and three assists.

Brooks helped makeup for off nights from Ben McLemore (six points, 2-of-8 shooting) and Nik Stauskas (seven points, 3-of-12 shooting).
