In the wake of a low pressure system, breezy conditions are expected -- along with below normal temperatures across the interior of Northern California on Wednesday.
The flow of cool air from the west Wednesday morning has produced low temperatures in advance of a mild day. The high on Tuesday only reached 87 degrees. On Wednesday, National Weather Service forecasters are calling for a maximum of 85 in Sacramento.
