Low 90s, upper 80s forecast this week for Sacramento

Looks like a pretty pleasant week ahead for Sacramento as temperatures cool a bit with a low pressure system passing to the west.

The National Weather Service is forecasting a strong onshore flow of cool air that probably will keep temperatures in Sacramento around 90 degrees at least through the first part of the week. The high today is expected to be 91 degrees in Sacramento.

• Placerville: 88

• Auburn: 89

• Roseville: 91

• Grass Valley: 88

• Yuba City: 94

• Blue Canyon: 78

• Kyburz: 91

• South Lake Tahoe: 80

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 91. Southwest wind 6 to 9 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. South wind 6 to 10 mph.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 89. Southwest wind around 6 mph.

Tuesday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 62. South wind around 8 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 88. South southwest wind around 7 mph.

Wednesday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 62.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 91.

Thursday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 63.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 92.

Friday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 64.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 92.

Saturday night: Clear, with a low around 63.
