The following was provided by the Sacramento Police Department and the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department from reports available for public review.

• 1200 Athens Ave., Lincoln, arrests. Sheriff's deputies went to the Thunder Valley Casino at 11:59 p.m. Aug. 7 to investigate an argument in the parking lot. They arrested Rio Linda residents Cynthia Elaine Bailey, 41, and Raymond Augustine Flores, 43, on suspicion of possessing heroin, syringes and a stolen credit card.

• Lindale and Sunnyslope drives, near Stockton Boulevard and Florin Road, arrest. Michael J. Crockett, 23, of the 6000 block of Sunnyslope Drive was arrested at 12:05 a.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of carrying a concealed firearm.

• 200 W. El Camino Ave., North Sacramento, arrest. Juan R. Salazar, 23, of the 4000 block of Manzanita Avenue, Carmichael, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of having a concealed firearm within a vehicle.

• San Jose Way and Broadway, Oak Park, arrest. Lori High, 28, 2000 block of South Avenue, Del Paso Heights, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of loitering with intent to commit prostitution.

• 3000 block of 33rd Avenue, southwest of Fruitridge Road and Franklin Boulevard, arrest. Karlee D. Onnela, 20, of the 600 block of Powers Drive, El Dorado Hills, was arrested at 5:05 a.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of auto theft.

• Tejon Avenue and Dorado Street, Rio Linda, arrest. Jeffrey S. Caldwell, 46, of the 7000 block of Dorado Street, Rio Linda, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of arson of an inhabited building.

• 700 block of Las Palmas Avenue, North Sacramento, arrest. Gary Panick, 55, of the 700 block of Las Palmas Avenue, North Sacramento, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of assault with deadly weapon upon a police officer.

• 6000 block of Airport Boulevard, Sacramento International Airport, arrest. Jamieca S. Baker, 23, of the 8000 block of German Drive, near French and Gerber roads, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

• 27th and N streets, midtown, arrest. Jon T. Nickel, 19, of the 8000 block of Boron Way, east of Power Inn Road, Countryside,was arrested 10:30 p.m. Aug. 10 on suspicion of petty theft.

• 2800 block of Belden Street, North Sacramento, arrest. Kenneth Lee Ellis, 46, of the above location was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of manufacturing, selling, importing or possessing deadly weapons and parole violation.

• 1900 block of 66th Avenue, southeast of Freeport Boulevard and Florin Road, arrest. Anthony James Wellis, 21, of the above location was arrested at 4 a.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of theft and unlawful driving or taking of a motor vehicle.

• 3100 block of Folsom Boulevard, east Sacramento, arrest. Samuel Keith, 28, of the 1400 block of F Street, Central City, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of hit-and-run driving that resulted in death or injury and driving with a license that had been suspended or revoked.

• 7800 block of College Town Drive, northwest of Howe Avenue and Highway 50, arrests. Mark S. Parr, 43, of the 6000 block of Rye Avenue, Carmichael, was arrested at 11 a.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of robbery. Cynthia Michelle Peters, 41, of the same Rye Avenue address was arrested on suspicion of driving with a license that had been suspended for driving under the influence, failure to appear in court, driving without a seat belt, failure to stop at a crosswalk, robbery and obtaining utilities without paying.

• 800 block of K Street, Central City, arrest. Rory Colin Moser, 27, of the 3300 block of X Street, Oak Park, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of selling or transporting a controlled substance.

• Berthoud Street and Norwood Avenue, Robla, arrest. Hiram Jesse Gorham, 24, of the 2200 block of Grove Avenue, North Sacramento, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of motor vehicle theft and a parole violation.
