The following information was provided by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department from reports available for public review.

• 3000 block of Azevedo Drive, South Natomas, arrest. Kelly S. Caldwell, 20, of the above address, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of making death threats.

• Stockton Boulevard and 66th Avenue, near Florin Road, arrest. Quentin F. Carthen, 27, of the 5000 block of Sky Parkway, Valley Hi, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of possession of cocaine for sale.

• Jamestown Drive and Ethan Way, Swanston Estates, arrest. Plab D. Vang, 24, of the 500 block of Lampasas Avenue, North Sacramento, was arrested at 6:14 a.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of grand theft.

• 24th Street and Florin Road, arrest. Linnet Foster, 54, of the 7000 block of Skelton Way, near Meadowview Road and 21st Street, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of possessing narcotics paraphernalia.

• 2000 block of Broadway, Oak Park, arrest. Carlos J. Delao, 27, of the 2000 block of N Street, was arrested at 2 p.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of malicious maiming of animals.

• Croetto Way and Mills Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, arrest. Michelle M. Tarpley, 19, of the 9000 block of Alcosta Way, northeast of Folsom Boulevard and Mayhew Road, on suspicion of robbery.

• 7000 block of Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights, arrest. Terry M. Bartholomew, 19, of the 5000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Oak Park, on suspicion of grand theft and burglary.

• 4000 block of Franklin Boulevard, Oak Park, arrest. Harvey Hodges, 50, of the 1000 block of O Street, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

• 4000 Franklin Boulevard, Oak Park, arrest. David Torres, 53, of the 3000 block of Seventh Avenue, Oak Park, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

• 44th Street and 16th Avenue, Fruitridge area, arrest. Rodney A. Williams, 31, of the 4000 block of 44th Street, Fruitridge area, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. Sept. 21 on suspicion of possession of cocaine.

• Auburn Boulevard and Carriage Drive, Citrus Heights, arrest. Earnest Reese, 56, of the 200 block of Wapello Circle, North Natomas, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 23 on suspicion of, among other things, failure to appear after a written promise, displaying incorrect vehicle identification with intent to defraud, driving with a suspended or revoked license and possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe.

• Freedom Park Drive, North Highlands, arrest. Larry Lamar Blessett, 30, of the 3400 block of Freedom Park Drive, North Highlands, was arrested at 3 a.m. Sept. 23 on a warrant.

• 3200 block of Third Avenue, Oak Park, arrest. Khambone Bon Visamoune, 31, of the 300 block of Las Palmas Avenue, North Sacramento, was arrested at 6:49 a.m. Sept. 23 on suspicion of violation of parole and motor vehicle theft.

• 8300 block of Folsom Boulevard, near Jackson Road, arrest. Antwain Vernon Johnson, 19, of the 9100 block of Tuolumne Drive, northwest of Folsom Boulevard and La Riviera Drive, was arrested at 10:11 a.m. Sept. 23 on suspicion of petty theft, grand theft, burglary and robbery.

• 7500 block of Auburn Boulevard, Citrus Heights, arrest. Clint Lampman, 24, was arrested at his home at the above address at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 23 on suspicion of identity theft, burglary and possession of forged bills.

• 200 block of Harding Avenue, off Northgate Boulevard, Northgate-Gardenland, arrest. Richard Anderson, 34, was arrested at his home at the above address at noon Sept. 23 on suspicion of possession of ammunition and a firearm by a convicted felon.

• 4700 block of Laguna Boulevard, Elk Grove, arrest. William Edward Marshall, 54, of the 4800 block of Tono Way, Foothill Farms, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. Sept. 23 on suspicion of robbery.

• Broadway and Second Avenue, Oak Park area, arrest. Jessica Leigh Killion, 20, of Bastrop, Texas, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Sept. 23 on suspicion of having an open alcoholic beverage container while driving, theft and unlawful driving or taking of a vehicle and buying or receiving stolen property.
