Park rangers made six arrests at the Rafting Gone Wild event on the American River over the weekend on suspicion of everything from public intoxication to battery on a police officer, and the event’s organizer remains at large for failing to obtain a permit for the annual party, according to Sacramento Regional Parks officials.
